I help people untangle old patterns, heal from trauma, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that feel lost. My focus is on complex trauma, relationships, and building confidence and self-esteem. I offer therapy in Glasgow and online across the UK, using CBT, EMDR, and Schema Therapy to create lasting change.
My early career was in Policing and Management. Neither really suited me.
What I care about most is helping people live lives that feel real and connected — not compromised by old patterns. So many of us carry invisible weight from childhood, and it shapes how we relate, how we cope, and even how we see ourselves.
Maybe you’ve felt that too — a restlessness, a sense of disconnection, or like you’re always performing for others but never quite at ease. These feelings often trace back to early experiences. They’re not your fault, and they don’t mean you’re broken. They just need to be understood.

The way I see it, many of us lost parts of ourselves in childhood — and therapy is about finding those parts again. Sometimes I picture it like children wandering into dark woods and never quite finding their way back. My role is to walk alongside you as you retrace those steps, so you can reconnect with what was lost and free yourself to live differently.

This isn’t just theory for me. I’ve been on this path myself. I feel like I’m finding my own way out of the woods, and that’s what gives me the motivation to help others. I know the courage it takes to face painful patterns, and I also know the relief and lightness that comes when they finally start to shift.

I have worked towards therapeutic roles for the last 17 years. First working with people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and then working as a Hypnotherapist in Private Practice.
Since then I have under-pinned my practice and experience with Mental Health Nursing and additionally, I obtained a Post Graduate diploma in CBT I sought and achieved accreditation.

I am trained and receive supervision in EMDR and Schema Therapy.

My specialist focus is on complex trauma, relationships, and increasing confidence and self-esteem. I’m particularly interested in how early experiences shape adult life — sometimes in ways we don’t fully see until patterns repeat.
I offer therapy sessions online across the UK, as well as in person in Glasgow.

Clients often tell me that therapy with me gives them clarity they’ve been searching for, sometimes for years. For me, the most meaningful moments are when someone finally puts words to a feeling they’ve carried alone for too long — and in that moment, they’re no longer alone with it. That’s where healing begins
