Trauma-focused CBT & EMDR for medico-legal cases
I provide rapid psychological assessment, structured treatment, and clear written updates for solicitors, insurers, and case managers. My focus is on efficient progress, evidence-based intervention, and predictable communication from instruction to discharge.
My work is grounded in extensive experience with trauma, RTAs, workplace stress, and complex psychological presentations.
As a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist and NMC-registered mental health nurse, I deliver a structured, outcome-driven approach using CBT, trauma-focused CBT, EMDR, and schema-informed work.
I am also neurodiversity-informed, with experience adapting therapy for clients with ADHD, autism, and sensory/processing needs.
