ABOUT ME

My early career was in Policing and Management. Neither really suited me. I like people, and their individual complexity. I have an appreciation of the suffering that can be a part of life. I have focused on ways to manage that over the years and to optimise my wellbeing. I have worked towards therapeutic roles for the last 15 years. First working with people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and then working as a Hypnotherapist in Private Practice. Since then I have under-pinned my practice and experience with Mental Health Nursing and additionally, I obtained a Post Graduate diploma in CBT I sought and achieved accreditation.

I am trained and recieve supervision in EMDR and schema therapy.

I have a particular interest in trauma, relationshipships, dyslexia, self esteem.

I have added a short-video because, although I am rather camera-shy, it is important to get a feel for your therapist and find one that suits you.

helping you feel better and more confident
