Join our associate team
We’re looking for experienced clinicians with an NHS background to join Connection Psychotherapy as self-employed associates.
We’re a growing independent practice based in Glasgow, offering specialist psychological therapy online and in person.
Who we’re looking for

Clinical psychologists with experience in NHS psychological services.

BABCP-accredited CBT therapists with an NHS background.

Additional training in EMDR, schema therapy or other trauma-focused approaches is welcome.
Our approach
Our work combines evidence-based therapy with a warm, thoughtful understanding of each person. We have a particular interest in trauma, attachment, neurodivergence and longstanding emotional and relationship patterns.
We value psychological depth, collaboration and practical work that helps clients make meaningful changes.
