Therapy fees

We aim to be clear about fees from the beginning.

Adult therapy with Gem Thomson

Adult therapy with Gem is £120 per 50-minute session.

Gem works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional patterns, relationship difficulties, over-responsibility, people-pleasing, emotional inhibition, panic, OCD, depression and long-standing patterns.

Child and young person therapy with Alice

Therapy with Alice is £120 per 50-minute session.

​

Alice works with children and young people experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, school stress, trauma, confidence issues and ASD/ADHD-related needs.

Adult therapy with Dr Mariza Stagaki

Therapy with Dr Mariza Stagaki is £150 per 50-minute session.

Mariza has daytime and evening availability. Clients can enquire for current availability and suitability.

Free initial consultation

We offer a free initial consultation so that you can briefly explain what you are looking for and we can advise whether the service is likely to be a good fit.

Insurance and third-party funding

Some clients attend therapy through insurance, employer funding, solicitor funding, medico-legal referrals or other third-party arrangements.

Please mention this when enquiring so that we can confirm whether we are able to work with your funding provider and what information is required.

Payment

Payment is requested at the time of booking or in advance of the appointment.

Invoices and payment links may be sent through our practice management system.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee.

This is because the time has been reserved and cannot always be offered to another client at short notice.

Medico-legal and professional referrals

Medico-legal work, reports, professional consultation and solicitor-funded work are priced separately depending on the referral, report requirements and timescales.
